The Dress

I wanted a simple, elegant dress that was also comfortable and fun to wear - and this Cassia dress by Daisy Brides was perfect! A stunning gown for the bride who likes to keep it simple without compromising on glamour.

This is a super flattering dress with barely-there spaghetti straps, V-neckline, a modern extra-low back and cinched waistband. I felt absolutely beautiful in it! The subtle polka dot print gives the dress a fun and unique charm, while the fabric buttons and medium-length train adds a touch of elegance. The soft layers of jersey created a wonderfully flowing skirt that was so fun to twirl and dance in.

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned and is in excellent condition. It was only worn once for my wedding in May 2021. I am sad to be selling it but I don't really have any use for it and would love for another bride to enjoy this gorgeous dress on their special day.

Alterations

- A bustle was added so you can hitch the dress up at the back - perfect for dancing!
- A small triangle of polka dot fabric was added to the deep V neckline for a bit more modesty (visible in the first photo). This could probably be removed if desired.
- Bodice and waist was altered slightly to fit and the skirt shortened to suit my height - 158 cm in heels.
