The Dress
Alcazar is beautiful and feminine, designed by the French brand, Margaux Tardits. French embroided lace top with a full tulle skirt. It is an incredibly comfortable and flattering dress and hides any lumps and bumps.
The dress has a slit in the leg, a small train and a low back. An alteration included a button, which is not visible, and allowed the train to be pinned up for the reception.
Cups were sewn into the dress so no bra is required.
The veil was made by a Melbourne dressmaker and can be purchased separately. It matches perfectly with the dress and is pinned into the hair.
The dress has been dry cleaned at Syndal’s Bridal Dry Cleaners.
Alterations
As listed above, cups were sewn in and a button to pin the train up.
The dress was cut to my height - 174cm plus 6cm heels.
The dress was pulled in by 2-3mm in the bodice.
All works completed by a Melbourne dressmaker.
