The Dress

Truvelle Cambie dress from Canada, size 6 USA/Canada.

Description from website:
"Beaded French lace lies softly atop a v-neck bodice and continues to the open, illusion back with delicate, scalloped cap sleeves. Silk organza is added to the bust for a touch of coverage. The romantic bodice complements a hand ruched, off-white chiffon skirt, cut on the bias to flow beautifully from the natural waist to the floor. Comes with an off-white grosgrain ribbon. The bodice is constructed with two sets of interfacing to offer structure. Light support is provided through the straps and waistband."

The dress has been professionally dry-cleaned. However there are still some marks along the bottom hem (see pictures). They are not particularly noticeable and could be removed completely if the dress required alterations to shorten the length.

Alterations

The dress has been shortened to suit a person of 5' 4'' wearing 2 inch heels.

Cups have been added in the bust for extra support and a central lace panel added. The cups can be easily removed if required.

The dress originally had 2 linings. One of them has been removed to make it lighter for Summer weddings.
