I’m a size 4 but had to buy a size 6 due to my bust size. With the alterations it now fits a size 4 perfectly but there is about 1.5 inches total on the side should you want to make it a bit bigger in the waist and hips.

I’m 5’4 ft and wore 3 inch heels and the hemming was perfect !
