The Dress

Lovely dress which I bought off Still White 15 weeks ago. But due to change in wedding plans I now need a lighter weight dress.

Beautiful bespoke elegant dress, vintage inspired, reminiscent of the Gatsby 1920's era. Encrusted head to toe in crystals, diamante and sequins on bodice, through to the full length with miniature pearls and sequins, front and back on top layer. Lightweight blush ivory colour, covered with subtle tulle lace which gives it a unique feminine appearance. It looks vintage because of the colour and deco style sequins and crystals.

Sweetheart neckline with lace and diamante delicate unique cap sleeves, made of tulle and jewels are what sold it to me as they make it so glamourous, everyone commented on what a unusual and really elegant dress it was.

Extra petticoat layers were added to the bottom of the dress to give it more volume. Inside built in corset helps the dress fit perfectly all day, finished with zip fastening and lace covered buttons.

Alterations

I had the long train shortened so it was much easier to dance and walk in, it still has a train at the back but not a huge long one. I had the size 10 taken in at the bust, waist and hips, then had extra padding put in to give me more shape. If you are bigger than 81cm bust there is plenty of space to easily let the seams out or remove breast padding built into dress. I wore it with normal thong rather than shapewear underwear or a bra and it draped beautifully
