The Dress
The dress was worn to a very short hour-long outdoor intimate family ceremony. No reception/dancing followed. Very limited wear on this one occasion. Dress has been kept in a dark air conditioned closed to maintain color and form.
After two days of bridal shopping, family and friends agreed that this was the dress most befitting of a bride! I absolutely love the flattering bodice/waistline and long flowing train. It was easy to get on and off as well.
The Elysee website describes the dead as follows: Delicate, organic floral laces with hand-embroidered mini paillettes are artfully placed on a classically elegant, fitted bodice that flares into a dramatically sculpted ballgown skirt.
Alterations
A bustle was added to the dress and it was taken in to fit my measurements. Loop holes were added to buttons for extra security.
