The Dress
I fell in love with this dress because of it's movement and the shape. It’s a dramatic silhouette for photos, but it felt completely natural at our small garden wedding.
I had a bustle sewn in and some strap shortening (less than 2 inches, I believe) Length wise, the skirt is intact — I wore 4 inch heels for an overall height of around 5’10”. In the photos I was around [removed] pounds.
The corset is very stiff/supportive, which makes the skirt easier to navigate. Like most wedding dresses, the label sizing is very different from its closest street size - It’s a size 12 on the tag, but I was a size 2-4 when I bought it.
Some signs of wear around the neck and straps (a bit of foundation/makeup discoloring), but nothing visible from the outside.
