The Dress
Beautiful full skirted dress. Colour is ivory but just off white rather than a yellowy ivory.
Dress had had no alterations other than the ribbon fitted to allow the heavy skirt to be tied up at the back for reception... makes it easier for dancing and doesn't affect the look of the skirt. Still has underskirt included, no hoop required.
Corset top gives structure and shape... Perfect for us larger ladies.
Lace and sequin detail across the corset and then througout the ruffles in the skirt catch the light beautifully without being too much.
Dress had been professionally dry cleaned and then stored hung since wearing. No damage or marks but I have mis placed the corset flower that can attached to the side skirt. Doesn't distract from the dress, lost as I decided not to wear on the day.
I was determined to have a plain dress and then had my wow princess moment when I saw this, hope you do too!
