The Dress

Made by Greek designer, Christos Costarellos, this was my dream dress and I felt so comfortable in it. The lace detail, button up back and high neck makes it so elegant with a subtle split in the front so you can still show off your figure and shoes. The top of the dress is fitted but the high waist and flowy skirt meant I never felt worried about losing weight in the lead up or self conscious on the day. It’s perfect for walking, sitting and dancing the night away - you’ll just need to hold the train on the dance floor but I had a wrist loop added for that. Again, a great opportunity to show off your shoes! I’m 160cm and had the length altered. The skirt consists of three delicate layers - so soft and flattering. As much as it breaks my heart to part with my dress, it is too beautiful to simply stay in the wardrobe – it deserves another wear! Get in touch if you’d like to see more photos.

Alterations

Bra cups sewn in, neck lowered slightly so it doesn’t sit rough on the collar bones, length taken up and wrist loop added so it can be lifted up on the dance floor.
