How do I mark as shipped?
Marking your dress as shipped keeps the buyer updated on the progress of the sale.
To mark as shipped:
Website
- Visit your Inbox
- Open the conversation with the buyer
- You may need to scroll up to the order box
- Click Mark as shipped in the order box
- Select the carrier and add the tracking number
Mobile App
- Select the Inbox tab
- Open the conversation with the buyer
- You may need to scroll up to the order box
- Send the carrier name and tracking number
If you add tracking details using the website, we'll create a direct tracking link and subscribe to tracking updates to alert you when the package arrives. These features are currently not available through the Stillwhite app.
