How do I mark as shipped?

Marking your dress as shipped keeps the buyer updated on the progress of the sale.

To mark as shipped:

Website

  1. Visit your Inbox
  2. Open the conversation with the buyer
  3. You may need to scroll up to the order box
  4. Click Mark as shipped in the order box
  5. Select the carrier and add the tracking number

Mobile App

  1. Select the Inbox tab
  2. Open the conversation with the buyer
  3. You may need to scroll up to the order box
  4. Send the carrier name and tracking number

If you add tracking details using the website, we'll create a direct tracking link and subscribe to tracking updates to alert you when the package arrives. These features are currently not available through the Stillwhite app.
