How do I add tracking to an order?

Adding a tracking number lets everyone follow the progress of an order.

To add tracking:

Website

  1. Visit your Inbox
  2. Open the conversation with the buyer
  3. Click Mark as shipped in the order box
  4. Select the carrier and add the tracking number

Mobile app

  1. Select the Inbox tab
  2. Open the conversation with the buyer
  3. Send the carrier name and tracking number

If you add tracking details using the website, we'll create a direct tracking link and subscribe to tracking updates to alert you when the package arrives. These features are currently not available through the Stillwhite app.
