$20,000 USD Purchase Guarantee
For ultimate peace of mind, we've linked up with PayPal to protect your purchase.
Protection you'll love
If your dress arrives significantly different to the seller's description, damaged, counterfeit or doesn't arrive at all, PayPal Buyer Protection can protect you for the full purchase price plus shipping costs, up to $20,000 USD per item.
Always included for eligible purchases
Every eligible purchase on Still White is protected at no additional cost. Simply pay through PayPal and if there is an issue with your dress, you have 180 days to file a dispute—PayPal is already intergrated into our chat system making payment easy.
Shop with Confidence
Although you're unlikely to experience any issues purchasing from a seller, we understand that your wedding dress is special and your purchase needs to be protected. PayPal Buyer Protection will reimburse your purchase and shipping costs if you encounter any issues, for up to $20,000 USD.
How does Buy Protection work?
PayPal Buyer Protection protects your online purchases in case your item doesn't match its description, is defective, or doesn't turn up at all.
When you have agreed on a price, ask the seller to add a Buy Now button to your chat conversation. We have integrated PayPal payments directly into Still White as a commitment to helping create a safe and trusted community around the world.
To help protect your purchase, make sure you:
- Pay with PayPal
- Pay in one single payment
- Keep your PayPal account in good standing
