The Dress

I love this dress, it made me so happy on my wedding day and I hope that it makes another bride feel just as happy and beautiful. It’s the Watters Pauline dress and I bought it in December 2017 and wore it on my wedding day in May 2018. My wedding was inside so there was no dirt or stains on the bottom (nor anywhere else). I never felt like I was a lace kind of girl but this lace is so interesting - it’s thick and doesn’t feel as “girly” as other lace dresses. I had tried on 94 dresses before trying this one on, thinking I’d never have that moment everyone talks about and lucky 95 was bought on the spot!

I had it taken in a little in the bust and shortened. I’m 5’4” and wore heels that were 3 1/4”. I did wear a corset bra with it only bc I don’t like to go bra-less. If you are comfortable with out a bra it is pretty much altered for that. It is set up for a French bustle (I can provide a video as well on how to bustle it - it’s easy!). I had it dry cleaned right after my wedding and it’s sitting in its original bag waiting to be worn again.
