The Dress

We got married 6 weeks ago in a 18th century art gallery in Warwickshire. I wanted a beautifully modern/classic, slightly vintage with a hint of french type of wedding. My dress along with our venue and my grooms attire ticked every possible box a perfectionist bride like me, could have.

This stunning Pronovias number has had the back removed to create a gorgeous open back with a delicate eyelash lace to line it. It’s a nude colour with ivory corded lace all over which creates a “second skin” look. The dress comes with a nude undergarment. The lace is lined with a sparkly sequin layer which glitters in the light, it is gorgeous!!!

The buttons over the bottom and corded lace over the hips flatter your body shape creating an illusion like your dressed in only the ivory lace.

The neck has a lovely eyelash lace that sits across the collar bones, a modern dress with a vintage twist.

Cups have been sewn in to the under garment, they can be easily removed if needed.

The dress is mermaid fit, it’s tight to the knee and then flares out with a very large train. This was my favourite part! Absoletly breathtaking.

I am 5’4.5 and I wore a 5 inch heel on the day. The hem on the dress touched the floor whilst I was in heels. I am also a size 8 on top and more of a size 10 on the bottom, the dress was beautifully snug around my hips and made me feel amazing.

I had no end of compliments on my figure in this dress, if only I could wear it again!
