This dress is brand new and in the bridal shop sealed plastic hanging bag. The one pictured on the bride is the identical dress worn by someone else I know. The dress does not have a sash sewn in but I do have a sash that goes with it that is pictured by itself in the listing. This dress is gorgeous! It has not had any alterations or ever been worn. I ended up with a new dress and left this one in the bag :)
