The Dress

Justin Alexander 8714 - lace roses throughout the dress, button detailing from top to the end of the trail, silk bow belt. Still in the original bag that it came with.

It is a size 20 - due to my pear shaped body, I was size 18 on the bottom and 16 in the top. On the bodice, there are several straps that do up around the breast area (like a bra!) then there is a zip and then the buttons on top that need to be hooked up.

Wore it in August 2016. I have had a quick look through the JA website and couldn’t see it on the website but I’m sure the style remained on there up until 2017.

It has been dry cleaned.

The dress was altered so that the trail could become a waterfall style. A hook was attached behind one of the buttons and two loops were attached to end of the trail so could be hooked up. Just made it easier to dance and walk around.

I am also selling the floor length veil - Italian lace on the edges that matches the roses on the dress. Sheer and thin due to wanting to see the dress underneath. The headpiece is also for sale - simple silver headband with pearls along it.

I am approximately 5ft10 and wore small heeled shoes on the day.
