The Dress

I love this dress, and would love for someone else to have a beautiful day wearing it!

Ruched ivory lace, over a light gold satin base (color is very subtle, but just enough contrast to show off the lace pattern very well). The ruching adds a very nice shape for someone like myself without a very defined waist and some extra weight around my mid-section.

Dress has a train that bustles into a "single french bustle" very easily - my tailor added loops and ties to secure the bustle.

Bust and waist were taken in from the ordered size. Cups were added for support so I could skip wearing a bra that day. Normally I wear a 40DD(E) bra.

Silk straps were added, they can be worn as straps, or off the shoulders as I did. They could also be easily removed, they are simply hand stitched into the top, if you prefer to have a strapless dress.

It has been professionally dry-cleaned.
