The Dress
Beautiful Maggie Sottero ivory 'Violet' dress, selling together with matching fingertip length veil and hoop all for the one price.
No alterations were made to the length, only the straps were shortened slightly, the beads from the left over fabric were then sewn on to the veil so it matches perfectly. Some cups were added too but these can be removed.
It has been professionally dry cleaned.
I'm looking for about £500 for the whole set as I originally paid the following:
£1200 for the dress from a bridal shop,
£80 for veil,
£75 for hoop from Jupon,
£116 for professional dry cleaning,
plus extra for alterations.
The dress is made of really high quality fabric, with a thick satin underlay and beautiful lace overlay. Easy to put on with a zip at the back and fabric covered buttons to conceal the zip.
It's in perfect condition, no rips or tears; the zip, buttons and beading are all in tact, really well made.
It's ready to be worn again on someone else's big day and you would never know it's a 'pre-loved' dress.
