The dress has been altered but UNWORN. It includes cups sewn-in for B-D cup-size, French-Style bustle, and hemmed for a 5'4" bride with low heels, extra clasp on back to maintain smooth zipper. The price is as is due to the extensive alterations required for French Bustle as well as maintaining that beautiful scalloped eye-lash fringe at the neckline and the hem ($900 in total on top of dress price!) This is a steal! All extra materials from the alterations will be included, as well as the tag.
