In excellent condition. Includes a bustle to lift the dress off the floor and hoop.
The dress has been professionally cleaned and has only been altered at the top with additional padding put in.
The dress is size 14 and can be altered up two dress sizes larger and two dress sizes smaller.

I am 5ft 8” and wore small heels, slightly bigger than kitten heels and the dress just touched the floor, I didn’t need to alter the length.
