The Lace overlay is French Chantilly Lace with crystal and pearl cluster beading scattered throughout the length of the dress with a scalloped hem.
A Hoop is sewn into hem to give full skirt shape from floor level and for ease of movement.
Strap sewn into layers underneath for tying up train for the evening.
