The Dress

This stunning Maggie dress will make you feel an million dollars. The lace corset with Swarovski crystals with the tie up back is elegantly topped off with the flowing Valencia organza. I did not wear a hoop as i thought it added a more classy look with a free flowing gown. The first Casey dress to arrive in Sydney to try on come in on the wednesday and i tried it on the saturday and ordered it through another store that hadn't even seen it yet.

The dress is a US size 6 but the length was altered at the front, but only by an inch or so but i am quite tall and i found it very easy to walk in. I had breast pads put in it and two small crystal buttons to have the dress hooked up for the reception. This was a total of $320.

Our wedding didn't start until 4.30 pm so i only wore the dress for 8 hours. The ceremony and reception was all at the same place so the dress did not get dragged around all day through dirt etc. The dress was taken to the dry cleaners two days after the wedding and i paid $450 to have it boxed and protected. I did go and inspect the dress before it was boxed and it was as stunning as ever. Our wedding was on the 22 Sep 12 and i did not pick the dress up from the bridal shop until the Wednesday before the wedding so it is not very old at all.

I would love to keep the dress but i honestly don't have the space to store it so i have decided to sell it. Everyone at the wedding and everyone who has seen my photos have said how beautiful and classy this dress it. So many people have said they cannot describe how stunning this dress really is and it is the most amazing dress they have ever seen. I really do think anyone who purchases this dress will fall in love with it the same way i did.
