This stunning dress combines an embroidered anemone lace halter top and a romantic soft flowy tulle skirt with a sweep train. The halter style top can easily be altered to a sweetheart with straps if one wants. It is lightweight and easy to move in, and very comfortable! Perfect for an outdoor wedding and for a bride who wants a fun, flirty, and unique look. The lining of the skirt is a very subtle blush. My favorite part is the low back. I absolutely love this dress, but ended up choosing a dress that I loved just a little bit more. Brand new, with tags, never worn nor altered! The dress is a size 0 and is measured by the smallest part which is the waist at 25 inches. But because the skirt is loose and flowy it will fit lots of different body types, from someone very skinny to someone who has wider hips. I am a size 0 at my waist but more like a 4 or even 6 around my hips (my hips measure 35 inches), and this dress is very flattering for my hourglass figure!
