Dress is new with tags and unaltered. I ordered it for myself so literally only been tried on by me a couple of times. Smoke free and pet free home. The dress did not come with the belt pictured...it has a small coordinated ribbon at the waist. I love the dress but we changed venues and I purchased another.
I am 5’4 and 115lbs. 36B. Dress fit pretty true to size. Minimal alterations were going to b needed.
