The Dress

-**** just moved to Adelaide SA
- worn once, only selling if goes to the right buyer; bought for $2,850 with $600 alterations/fitting made.
- local fremantle WA designer
- dry cleaned but: has some faint marks on hem line at front, if bought you would dry clean again, the dry cleaner I used said would need another dry clean for spotless finish, but would come out. Otherwise perfectly beautiful.
- this dress has been altered to my body. I am a size 8, 161cm, wegith 56kg, bra size 12B (bigger back, not so big breasts), I wore approx 10cm heels on the day with about 1.5cm platform at the ball of foot end and the hem was skimming the ground. I would suggest a local buyer to try on, I had it altered locally by an amazing dressmaker in Fremantle - but am happy to mail across australia if you are committed to buying without refund.
- dress has hand holder underneath train that aren't visible when train down but allows you to pick whole train up if you want
- the top as boning in both sides (running from under arm to waist), this was to keep top part more fitted, these can be removed by a dress maker if you prefer it more billowy (or have more bust than me to fill it out).
- the train in approx 1 metre length when fully spanning out.
- backless, buttons (amazing)
- ivory silk, can only be dry cleaned, steam only. Has inner layer (I think a different type of silk?).
- I loved wearing this so much, relaxed, fun, able to breathe, move and dance - hoping it goes to a future bride who wants the same kind of special celebration!
