The Dress

Champagne tulle ball gown with strapless sweetheart neckline. Features delicate gold and ivory Alencon lace bodice with peplum, dramatic floral motif on gold sash at waist (detachable), and asymmetric layered sparkle tulle skirt with horsehair trim and chapel train.

Gown by American designer Lazaro (featured on hit TV show "Say Yes to The Dress.”) and originally purchased from Eternal Bridal in Armadale (receipt included) before being purchased by me through Still White.

GIVEAWAY: Matching Mika Amour veil, fingertip with blusher.

ALTERATIONS:

The previous owner had alternations done around the body area to make it more fitted to her. It was perfect for a petite bride size AU 6-8. However, as I was a size AU 8-10 (Bust - 81cm, Waist - 68cm and Hips -90cm), I found the body area too tight for me. I took the dress to a specialist at La Couturier Alterations in Sydney CBD and had the back changed from zipper to a laced corset back. Because of the lacing, the dress has now got more flexiblity for fitment.

The dress also comes with sewed in bra and wires around the breast area to give that perfect slim shape.

FLAWS:

There are 2 minor tears at the bottom layers of the gown (really undetectable), and where the gown was bustled (not visible when bustled) from the previous owner.

There is a very minor spot of discoloration near the lace area on the back - completely not noticible especially when laced up (my husband could not even see it when i tried to point it out to him just now to write this description).
