The Dress

I fell in love with this Jenny Packham Esme dress after multiple visits to wedding dress stores. How could you not love a designer that is one of Kate Middleton’s favourites!? I wanted a dress that I would feel comfortable in, accentuate my best bits and hide my worst bits. This dress is extremely glamorous and was worth every penny! Initially bought for £3030 (original tags included), I am selling this at a reduced price as we have a baby on the way and need to make space. I can’t wait for this dress to make another bride as happy as it made me. It was the most pinned dress on Pinterest in 2013. They are now out of production and extreemly hard to find.

I am 168cm, AU size 12 and I wore 2 inch heels. I had the dress taken up at the front to accomodate. I had it professionally taken up at the front only by a wedding specialist. I have not had it taken back down but it has been taken up in a way (i.e. folded up) that it could be taken back down easily for a taller bride. There are some patchy areas where some beading is missing on the train but these are difficult to see unless you are searching for them. Please bear in mind that this dress is delicate and some beading may unravel slightly as you wear it. Replacement beads are also available from Jenny Packham to purchase if you wish. To account for the significantly reduced price, I have not had this dress dry cleaned. There is some slight brownish discolouration from makeup only on the inside surface of the dress, which should not be visible when wearing the dress as it would abut the skin. There are also some dark marks on the very end of the train on the lining/slip layer, which should not be visible when wearing as the beaded layer should cover it.

This is a used dress that has been tidied, but due to its delicate nature, is not perfect. It will however look perfect on, and in all your wedding photos it will not be possible to tell that it has been worn before. I have adjusted the price accordingly with the imperfections as described above. If you are interested I can send you more specific photos of the imperfections.
