The Dress

A beautiful and stunning, high quality Duchess Satin, Ivory Wedding Dress, from Brides Of Bond Street.

The dress is a beautiful strapless A-Line gown, fitted at the top down to the waist and then flowing out, down to a very long, wide train. I have listed this dress as a size 12-14 as most wedding dress shops advice you that you need to go up one dress size when it comes to a wedding dress. I am approximately a size 12 and I needed this dress altering slightly. The dress features intricate pearls and lace detail on the top front and back of the dress. (See Pictures) The Pearl floral designs come down into several graduating points down to just below the waist. The rest of the dress is a beautiful, simple, duchess silk, down to the bottom. The back detail features an unusual and eyecatching design which is 2 pleats running down the back of the dress and they are, again, adorned with a lace and pearl floral design. The bottom of the dress has a delicate scalloped lace design with pearls subtly scattered in between (Pictured above) It has a very long chapel train and also has an arm loop underneath to enable you to lift the train up in the evening.
