The Dress

Gorgeous, flattering 'Sydney' dress from Burr Bridal. My dress size varied between 14 and 16 and still looked fab each time I put it on.
I'm 167cm (5'6") and wore 3 inch heels so no alternations were needed at all to the gorgeous 'sweep' of the dress. Didn't have to wear a bra, despite being a 32/34 HH/J cup.

2 clear crystal beads are the tie at the neck

Corset back and boned bodice gave comfortable security and flexibility. Shape varied depending on how tightly I pulled the corset back - A line or curved around the hips (fit and flare, kind of)

There is a hook underneath if dancing is needed (I couldn't due to illness).

Been dry cleaned after wearing. Did a great job on the hems (photo doesn't really do it justice, but it is great)

Would love someone else to feel as great as I did in this on their special day. :-)

slight red wine stain - very slight. Have included it as one of the photos to prove how little it was and can't really see it but thought I'd admit to it ;-)
When dry cleaned, was warned that some of the stitches might go underneath a layer - a couple did. Looked easy to do but didn't want to damage, especially if alterations are going to be done by a professional (photo included)
Also, dress came without the clear popper to hold the material behind the back tie. Again, I didn't use it or replace it so it can be done by a professional (or yourself) if required. Photo provided (just to the right and above the dry cleaning tag)
