ROSA CLARA UBEDA WEDDING DRESS

Ordered in 2016 from Lovely Bride in Tribeca, New York City, this Ubeda dress from the Rosa Clara Soft collection was worn only once during the wedding (October 2016). The ethereal 1920's-inspired dress is adorned with delicate beading and crystals. The dress comes with a silk slip and a hand-beaded tulle overlay that took six months to create by hand in Spain. The dress currently retails at $2400 USD. It is a gorgeous dress that is now cleaned and boxed in pristine condition, but I don't have the extra space to keep it. I hope this dress will make another bride happy, beautiful and comfortable throughout her wedding day!

This dress is fitted for a small/medium or 4/6 in street clothes. The dress was purchased slightly larger to allow for a blouson effect in the front. With wedding flats, the bride's height was 5'7" tall and the front hem of the dress just grazed the ground. If you are more petite (under 5'4") this dress will work beautifully with a heel or wedge.

This is a gorgeous dress you can wear comfortably to both your ceremony and reception. Its fluidity allows for a full night of dancing, and you will require no assistance when using the ladies' room. If you are looking for a vintage-inspired dress that's both beautiful and comfortable, this is the dress for you!

INCLUDED ACCESSORIES

Ribbon belt from Rosa Clara as well as two additional snap on crystal belts (one of them is seen in the wedding photos). Additional beads were included in the shipment of the dress from Rosa Clara in Spain and will also be included with the dress.

DRESS ALTERATIONS

The dress was hemmed in the front with the train in the back preserved. Three bustle points were also added (see photos) with nine loops and three buttons that are nearly invisible. Straps on slip were slightly shortened. All alterations were completed by Esin at Sew Elegant Bridal in New York City. Esin has worked as a seamstress at both Vera Wang and Monique Lhuillier.

This dress length was hemmed for a 5'7" bride wearing flats, (and would also work for an under 5'4" bride wanting to wear heels."

DRY CLEANING & PRESERVATION

Dress was professionally dry cleaned and preserved in a bridal dress preservation box immediately after wedding. There are no stains or tears to the dress. It's ready to wear!
