From the BHLDN website:
Hand-beaded and complete with a low-v back, this stunning gown is the epitome of both craftsmanship and luxury.
The Meghan + me:
So, I got engaged and the first thing I NEEDED was a dress! I tried this one on at BHLDN and was sold instantly. This dress feeeeels so good. It sits just right in all the right places because the gentle weight of the beading. It's simply a flattering, elegant dress.
However, that was the first time I went dress shopping, and wasn't the last. I went to several more places to appease my mom and sister-in-law to be, and fell in love with another dress! I wanted to have BOTH (and maybe wear this one to a 2nd wedding celebration I'm having in my hometown), but my budget doesn't allow for it. Thus, this listing.
I need to note that I see about 8 tiny beads missing from right around the zipper area which can easily be replaced by anyone with a needle and thread, or very inexpensively by a seamstress.
This dress has never been altered. I'm 5'5" and 125 lbs, and was planning to shorten the dress and take the straps up a touch to fit my smaller chest.
I live in the Arts District/Little Tokyo of Los Angeles if you are within driving distance to come check it out. Otherwise I can answer any questions you may have here, and ship it over if you fall in love with it!
This dress is now only available on BHLDN's website in sizes 2, 8, and 16.
