The Dress

Crepe mermaid wedding dress with nude details. Sheer illusion tulle bodice with lace appliqués. Crepe mermaid skirt with lace appliqués. Narrow crepe belt.

Sizing: The gown was made-to-order. This means the closest dress size to my measurements was ordered which ended up correlating to a US Size 8 based on my measurements (37" Bust, 31.5" Underbust, 29.25" Waist, 39" Hip 1 (Hipbone), 41.5" Hip 2 (Largest Part of Hip), 34C Bra).

Alterations: The only alterations made were to the length as it was extremely long and we had to hem it quite a bit for me to walk, however it was not taken in or let out at all. I am 5'5" and wore 3" wedge heels. Added cups inside for support make the dress comfortable yet sexy. A beautiful bustle has been created on the inside of the dress.

Condition: There were no damages to the dress the day-of the wedding, the only sign of wear was minor from walking over grass but I had the dress professionally cleaned (through a wedding-dress specialty-dry cleaner) so there are no longer any signs of wear and it is now in pristine condition.

Worn once for my wedding in Santa Barbara. I fell in love with all the details on this dress and how beautiful I felt in it, the only downside was the retail price, so I hope someone will find this bargain and feel as absolutely beautiful as I felt on my wedding day. It truly is a WOW dress!
