The Dress

Elya by Maggie Sottero is a ‘Fit and flare gown’ with a gorgeous lace one-shoulder neckline and zipper over inner corset with crystal button closure.  The material is a soft shimmer satin, with an embellished lace upswept across the shoulder, beautifully trailing down the hips and framing the back dropped waist.  The elegant inverted pleats throughout the train finish the sleek mermaid silhouette.  The dress is very flattering and comfortable!  What drew me to this dress initially was the fact that the dress is one-shouldered, very different from all the other wedding dresses out there in the market!!

I'm 171cm tall and with my heels being 5cm tall, they had given me the perfect height to show off the dress without any alterations required to the train.  

Measurements are (true to size):
Bust  34.5 inches
Waist 26.5 inches
Hip  37 inches

I'm happy to throw in my ivory veil with crystal bordered and ivory shoes (size AU8, if wanted). 

Dress has been professionally dry-cleaned and wrapped and boxed in acid free paper so it is in new condition.  Dress is located in Ivanhoe, Victoria 3079 but happy to ship Australia-wide.

No alterations besides the addition of a bustle so that I could dance away into the most magical night of my life! Bustle is beautiful and falls in a sculpted waterfall from the centre of the train.
