The Dress

The Dominica May gown features a strapless lace bodice with pearl and seed bead embellishment, a narrow beaded belt and then a softly flowing full chiffon skirt. I wore mine without the split.

I wore my dress for my wedding in November 2016. The dress is a variation of the popular Peter Trends Dominica dress. My dress is timeless and elegant. The pearl and lace on the bodice is uniquely intricate. The bodice fit perfectly, which meant I was comfortable all day and hardly noticed I was in a wedding dress. The flowing skirt made the dress easy to walk in.

I love my wedding dress, but it is time someone else got the chance to wear it for their special day! If you would like to try on the dress, or talk more about it, please get in touch.

Some finer details:

I purchased my dress for $2000 and paid $250 for alterations and $250 for dry-cleaning.

I am 168cm and I had the dress taken up to floor length. I did not wear heels on the day.

I normally wear a size 8 and the bodice did not need alterations.

The dress was professionally dry-cleaned after the wedding. No tears or marks were left.

Comes boxed and wrapped in acid-free tissue paper to preserve the dress.
