The Dress

I purchased this dress at Saks Fifth Avenue in NYC. It was the first dress I ever tried and it was the last. This dress is a dream. Fits incredible to the body and flares out elegantly for an elegant train. Silk white. Bustles easily. Embroidered lace strapless elongated bodice (with boning) gown with tulle and horsehair skirt. I felt like an absolute princess and I didn't want to take it off. I wore it throughout the entire evening.

There is nothing like Monique lace!! So light and comfortable and amazing to wear (I wore it in 80 degrees in FL and it felt like air). Dress was just worn 6 months ago for 6 hrs and it made my day perfect. Still looks new and is in perfect condition.

I loved everything about it and hoping to pass the good fortune and loveliness of this dress on to the next bride.

My measurements to what the dress was altered based off of:

Height: 5'6 (with shoes)
Bust- 32
Waist- 27
High Hip-35

Full disclosure- some of the tulle underneath ripped so instead of trying to replace it, the seamstress even out the tear which was at the hem. It is by NO means visible and having looked at the dress, you have NO idea it's even there. From the outside, it is absolutely perfect and beautiful. Ask any questions necessary!
