The Dress

Wendy Makin's couture bridal collection is her much cherished love. Designed and hand made in her Atelier in Australia using only the highest quality fabrics and production techniques, these exquisite gowns are made to order for each bride and are the epitome of style and grace.

This gown has a soft champagne silk underlay with an ivory lace and tulle overlay. Extremely soft and lightweight gown with a zip and button up back bodice. The bodice is fully boned and can be worn with or without a strapless bra. The lace covers the bodice and flows up along the sheer straps. The lace beautifully decorates the bottom of the gown with a long stunningly detailed lace train as well. The tulle base of the dress is super soft flowing and lightweight.

This dress was a couture gown so it was custom made therefore no alterations needed. A hook for a bustle for the train has been added to the gown. There is no rips or pulls on the gown. This dress was only worn during the ceremony, photos and a short time at the reception. The quality and the detail in the gown is stunning in person and it is extremely comfortable to wear.
