The Dress
Beautiful ivory gown is in excellent condition. Gown features beaded natural waist and upper bodice, and covered buttons down zipper. The designer lists this as a mermaid gown, but based on the style descriptions I think it fits more like fit and flare or trumpet style. I thought it was satin material, but the label says polyester. Purchased July 2016, worn once in April 2017. Professionally dry cleaned. I did not have the dress altered in any way except to add a bustle. It is called a flip bustle. I am 5'10" and wore flats and the dress was the perfect length. This dress is extremely figure flattering!
