The Dress

I feel in love with the tulle skirt. Im not much for jewels but it allowed me to not wear too much other jewellery, the dress stands by itself wonderfully.
Layers on layers of blue and pink tulle held together to give a 'mauve' look. In brighter light the skirts color changes to more subtle mauve/cream look. Darker light brings out the purple look more.
Wedding was in March 2017.
I'm Between a size 6 and 8 up top and size 8 from hips down. I am also about 160cms tall. I wore about 4cm high heels for comfort but could have done with a bit more height.
Yes it is fitting around the waist so would suit more a size 6 but you need it to be as the jewels make it heavy so you need your waist to hold it up, as straps are beautifully slim and really just there to hold shape of front.
Surprisingly very comfortable, I wore it most of the night, only changed to leave.
Have hand stitched - easily removable B cup padding inside as under jewels is sheer.
Includes hooks and loops to be able to lift skirt up for dancing.
Originally had petticoat attached to dress but I had it removed and wore it as seperate skirt. No hoop but could also be used to help hold dress out while walking. Petticoat included.
I absolutely love this dress and hope it provides as much joy as I got out of wearing it.

Has been drycleaned and wrapped in plastic ever since. Could be some small pulls in tulle underneath dress but can't see from outside.
