Light weight and elegant dress. Worn during a cool weather October wedding.
Hem was brought up and straps pinned down to accommodate 5'4" height with gym shoes worn (see alter pic). French bustle was added which gives multiple options for train height after ceremony. Waist area was let out a bit so it would lay better.
