There is absolutely nothing wrong with this dress! It is a beautiful, light, comfortable, form fitting dress and has not been worn at all solely because the wedding got called off. I got it at a Bridal Boutique in Columbia MD just a few months ago.
It was bought as a size 6 and has inserted cups (I'm a size D but they put in size C cups). Has not been hemmed or altered.
Effortlessly graceful and soft, the Allure Romance 2716 wedding dress is a gorgeous long tulle style featuring a deep V-neckline, lace embroidery on straps and bodice, full A-line skirt, and a delicate sheer back with lace embroidery and covered buttons. Starting at the top of the gown, the deep V-neckline shows off your skin and curves, while the shoulder straps add support and security to that you won’t worry about the gown falling down or anything slipping. However, because the straps are sheer and feature lace embroidery, your shoulders and arms are still on display, which means you don’t have to sacrifice style for comfort. The fitted bodice hugs your curves and the ribbon at your natural waist adds more definition, while the lace embroidery adds flattering texture and depth. Now on to the skirt: The A-line style is flattering for almost all body types and styles, especially when it is as flowing and soft as this one is. The tulle cascades over your legs in supple folds of fabric, showing of you figure and ensuring you can dance the night away without feeling uncomfortable or constricted by the skirt. If the front of the dress is elegant and stylish, it’s nothing compared to the back of the gown. Sheer fabric covers the back to create a comfortable fit, while lace appliqué and embroidery creates a swirling design that is simply stunning. The covered button closure is delicate and charming, and is the perfect finishing touch to the glamourous back. Because of the intricate nature of the back, try an up-do to really show off the gown. Finally, a chapel-length train completes the gown and elegantly trails behind you in frothy folds of tulle.
