The Dress

The Hayley Paige Chantelle Gown was perfect for my whimsical, romantic wedding in the woods! Ivory tulle ball gown, strapless lace corset bodice, cascading tulle skirt with double horsehair edging and lace applique. I had a lining added through the bodice so that the top was not sheer, along with a bustle for the shirt. The only alteration was to the length (I am 5'5") however the gown was still slightly too long for me even wearing a 4" stiletto heel! So if you are taller it will still have plenty of length in this gown.

There were no alternations done to the bodice or bust area. I have a 33" bust and 26" waist, and ordered the gown in Hayley Paige size 2. It fit like an absolute charm! Here is a link to the Hayley Paige gown size chart: https://www.perfectbridal.com/view-size-chart-hayley-paige.

In addition to the gown, I ordered extra lace fabric from Hayley Paige and had a custom bolero made, to add a little something unique to the dress and my September wedding. The cost for the fabric and to make the bolero was $600.00. I am selling the gown with the bolero as a set.

Interior lining of the gown has some staining around the bottom hem given the nature of my outdoor cottage wedding. The staining is only on the interior lining and is not visible at all on the outside of the gown, which has been professionally dry cleaned. As well, since the length was still quite a few inches too long for me (even in 4" heels!) you can likely have the inner-lining shortened significantly which would also remove the staining around the bottom. Again the stain is on the inside lining ONLY and is not on the actual gown skirt itself.
