The Dress

I bought 2 Grace Love Laces dresses for my wedding but I only ended up wearing 1 of them. This dress has never been worn and has no alterations. It's a true size 6. The Valentina, a favourite of the GLL team, features a flattering shape, beginning with a semi-fitted lace bodice with longer line, t-shirt sleeves and straight edge lining, for a contemporary feel. We love the open back with a double satin button closure and artfully placed lace motifs. The dramatic, full circle skirt has been handmade with 10 metres of Italian silk chiffon and a high side split adorned with French eyelash lace. The Valentina is the only dress in our collection with a skirt of this kind.

The Valentina is semi-fitted to the waist and features an elastic waistband. The gown stretches over the head and down the body, with a double button closure at the neckline. The bodice features non-stretch lace and the skirt is made from flowing, silk chiffon with a light polyester lining.
