Selling my beloved wedding dress. The stunning 'Pippa Lynette' by Rebecca Ingram.
The material is 'Mikado' which looks VERY expensive & elegant.
I got married in Oxfordshire in July 2025 summer time.
It really was so beautiful and people still talk about it! I'm only selling as I don't have the room to store it sadly so it deserves to go to a new bride.
I live in Nottingham, but I travelled further afield especially for this, and I went to a Birmingham bridal boutique. I got it from 'Wedding Belles of Four Oaks' and paid RRP £1,250.
I then paid another £500 for alterations.
I'm a size 12, but the dress is labelled size 16 for wedding dresses. I'm 5ft 1inch so I had the dress taken in at the bottom to shorten it. And very small amount of alterations from the bust/back.
I had some dirt & mud marks get on the dress towards the end of the night, but I have since paid £500 to get it professional dry cleaned, which she did a great job.
I'm happy to send over photos of it now if needed. And show any receipt for the original purchase.
