Katherine Tash Adele Dress ordered from Everthine Bridal in Connecticut
I purchased this dress in January 2025 for my August wedding and had the dress professionally altered in Portland, Maine. This dress was only worn for about two hours, but unfortunately the delicate "invisible" zipper broke as I was taking it off. The seamstress that performed the alterations advised it is an easy replacement that can be done in tandem with any further adjustments to the gown, particularly if you choose to have the waist let back out (was slightly taken in).
This dress was made to order in "jump sizing": US 4 Bust / US 8 waist / US 8 Hips
I am usually a size US 4 or 27 in bottoms and a size small in tops with a 32C bra size. My measurements taken at the bridal studio as follows:
Height: 5'4" (weight 130lbs)
Bust: 34"
Waist: 28"
Hips: 39"
The dress is 100% matte silk crepe with beautiful draping and sleeves that can be worn up on the shoulders for a capped look or off-shoulder for a more sultry vibe.
The dress was professionally cleaned though some staining remains along the hem and end of the sash where the dress drug during the ceremony and photos. Please see the narrated video I included which better outlines the condition of the dress and alterations made!
I had a ballroom bustle added to the hem so the train could be tucked up into the skirt and float above the ground but ended up not using it and changing into a second look right after the ceremony. The sash similarly has a tiny, hidden hook added to it that clips on a small loop at the side of the waistband, allowing the sash to drape elegantly along the back of the dress without dragging. The dress was not shortened or hemmed from its original length.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional photos or measurements!
