I purchased this amazing Berta 15-107 gown in April 2016 during the Berta Bridal Trunk Show at Carine's Bridal Atelier in Washington DC. It is currently being hand made in Israel and should arrive in the states between in January. You are looking at photos of the sample dress, the same size I ordered.
The fabric is so detailed yet extremely wearable as it surprisingly has a lot of stretch to shape to your body. It fits incredibly thanks to the signature Berta power mesh stretch fabric, giving it a "made for you" fit, so there is no need for spanx to get a smooth silhouette. The dress is handmade with the highest quality fabrics and is hand beaded from head to toe. It has endless beading and swarovsky crystals in a gorgeous scalloped design over intricate lace and is guaranteed to make you sparkle on your wedding day.
I ordered the SAMPLE size 42 and I am a street size 6 US. I am 5'5 without heels, and about 5'9" with my wedding heels should fit a size 8 or 10 as the fabric has a lot of stretch or could easily be altered down to a smaller size 4.
My measurements: Bust: 35 Waist: 29 Hips: 38
I bought the dress brand new for $9,600US (around $13,200AUS) from Carine's Bridal Atelier in Washington, DC so it is guaranteed authentic and like all Berta gowns they are only sold in limited locations globally.
I'll be wearing this gown for my April 8th, 2017 wedding and am offering it up for pre-sale right now with a 50 percent non-refundable deposit because of it's popularity. The deposit would hold the gown for you until shipment after my April 8th 2017 wedding and you would pay the remaining balance before shipment of the gown.
It will be available to ship within 10 days of my wedding (possibly earlier). If you ordered this dress right now from Berta at full price, you would have to pay 70 percent NOW, and you wouldn't receive it for 9 months!
It has not been altered yet, but thanks to the awesome fit and stretch fabric, we are only expecting minor alterations including: hemming the length (I am 5'9" with heels), and the sleeves (my sleeve measurement is approx 25 inches) and doing a simple bustle on the train. We are also adding a few tiny (hook and eye) connectors just under the waist to add a custom Romona Keveza detachable skirt for the ceremony (similar to Sophia Vergara's wedding look) These will be practically invisible to the eye, and can be easily removed.
