I purchased this beautiful dress from another seller . The measurements were from her alterations . We ended up doing a different direction on style even though this is still one of my favorite dresses. I was going to have the cups / waist altered but then never did. so the boning on the dress is currently taken out ( will come with the dress) . Otherwise nothing else was altered on my end. The dress skirt has the ties set up for an American bustle.
