The Locarno gown features a dramatic fit and flare silhouette, a strapless soft cowl neckline. Double satin, invisible zipper, fully lined. Unworn, still in the original bag! Found another dress right before my wedding! Photos are stock and show the dress with lace details. I had it made without lace detailing on bust and low back. Never had it fitted or altered. I am 5’3 but would have worn it with heels.
