Vivienne Westwoods Nova Cocotte was referred to by Vogue Magazine in 2025 as the “Wedding dress of the century” and you can see why. To summarise this dress - “The skirt drape is flattering, constructed to mould to the body, while the fabric falls from the hip in a soft A-line, creating organic drapes which are reminiscent of ancient Greek statues,”

This is a Gorgeous Vivienne Westwood Dress. Nova Cocotte in heavy Silk Satin, Pearl white. Uk 8. Bust- 85cm Waist: 68cm Hips: 92cm The length of this dress was taken up by an inch and a half, although was not cut if you want to take it down. Please see below details of alterations (both reversible) It's been professionally dry cleaned and is in great condition. Vivienne Westwood Dust bag and hanger included. Comes in a lovely box presented like new, with some white gloves for you to carefully remove from the box. If youre Dublin based you’re welcome to try on. Open to offers.

Took up the length slightly by about 1.5 inches, but not cut
There’s still a hem if you’d like to be made longer again
I’m 163cm and wore 85mm heels (Jimmy Choo Aurelie pump)
The dress just skimmed the ground to cover pointed toe heels
Also had the drape pinned to give more structure around the bust sit nicely and make the beautiful corseted torso look longer
This alteration is also reversible if you want it to drape more
