I bought this dress in the size 10, but then had to alter down to fit around a size 6. I am ‘5’8 where a size 6 in top and bottom and have 34 Ds (fake). The dress was hemmed in the front but left unhemmed in the back along with the belt. It dragged on the floor with wearing 2 inch heels making me (5’10) There is a light dirt stains on the back on the unhemmed part which could easily probably be dry cleaned off again or cut off if you are shorter than 5’10.
