The Dress

Rebecca Schoneveld gowns are hand crafted in Brooklyn, New York. When I tried this dress on in their showroom I knew it was the one. Simple, elegant, well made, comfortable, and timeless. I added a belt for a bit of glitz, but it is beautiful on it's own and I received so many compliments. It was my dream dress, and I could not have been happier to wear it.

Style: Ivory sheath dress, spaghetti straps, backless, made with a heavy silk crepe. Boning in bodice with soft cups. Sweep train.

Fit: I'm approximately 5'5 (5'9 with 4 inch heels) and usually wear a size 4/6 dress; this dress fit me like a glove. The dress has slight "flare" at the bottom due to the train, but has a silhouette more like a sheath

Condition: I wore this dress once on my wedding day for a total of 6 hours. Dress has been professionally dry-cleaned and kept in garment bag for preservation. I purchased the dress for $1,800.00, but listing it at $800

I did have the dress altered, and I am a little smaller in the bust, and so they added are removable cups. There is also a french bustle for the train and is super easy to use.
